Promotional Products Order Process

We are here to make the process smooth and clear for order promotional products. Here are the detailed steps we take for all our clients.

1. Project Discovery and Your Goal

To best serve you, we will start by understanding your goals and needs for the project. Based on the details of your project, we could provide guidance around the type of promotional items, logo placement and the use of your company colors.

2. Item Selection, and Quantities

Based on your needs, goals and budget, we can source the right type of promotional products We partner with various distributors that can source all types of hard and soft goods for promoting your company or organization.

3. Art Mock-up Approval and Payment

The final step before production begins is the approval of the art mock-up for your promotional products and full payment. Next we will place the order your promotional items to be placed into production with our partners.

4. Shipment to Your Location

Once the promotional items are produced, they will be shipped directly to your location which saves you time. Shipment to an event or trade-show is also option should time permit based on production time.

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order for promotional items is dictated by the product and distributor. Typically, the minimum order is 48 pieces.

Can I have the promotional items sent to my event or trade-show?

Yes, yet we cannot guarantee the delivery date since the decoration process is provided by a third-party decorator. We suggest order your promotional product well in advance of your event or trade-show to avoid any delays.

Does Heart and Hook decorate promotional items in-house?

No, all decoration for promotional items are provided by an authorized decorators within the promotional items associations.
